£19,578 - £22,489 per annum

Groundwork North East has a number of new vacancies in our growing Employment and Skills Team. We aim to get 1000 more people into work over the next 12 months, and 5,000 over the next 5 years.

Working as a member of the Employment team you will be responsible for supporting long term and/or disadvantaged unemployed customers by delivering a combination of skills and job focussed training programmes, workshops and job search guidance. The aim of which is to move these individuals towards and into sustainable employment.  The post holder will provide a valuable resource for Groundwork North East to enable it to achieve its objectives.   Working in a busy employment team environment to ensure the programme performance targets are consistently achieved to meet requirements of the allocated contract.
