A big challenge today is to determine which CTV´s are able to perform and enable safe transfer of personnel to a given sea state for a specific site.
The objective is to create a parametric model, which can qualify the performance of a given CTV for a specific wave spectrum, in the proximity of wind turbine foundations.Taken into account the wave run up at the foundation for a given operational sea state interval given in the METocean data.
