The Sustainer Team at IFAW works in the Philanthropy department. They support IFAW sustainers - over 200,000 donors, worldwide, who donate to IFAW on a monthly basis.

The group is seeking a temporary person to work in the production team 25 hours/week for approximately 2 months.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proofread and markup PDFs and/or proofs on Online proofing portal (Aproove)
  • Send Word document for translations – traffic translations to designer/printer
  • Textual updates in InDesign
  • Pull files from FTP (or Aproove portal) and print out
  • Organize sample packs
  • Print monthly billing letters and carriers, stuff envelope and mail
Requirements: 
  • Experience with InDesign and Acrobat Pro - Creative Suite 5.  Ideally, experience with CS 6 as well
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proofreading
  • Organizational skills
