This is a new role, within a relatively new Data Team, and its creation reflects a significant investment in Greenpeace’s supporter development programmes. With our ambitious fundraising and supporter engagement plans for the next three years, this post will be vital. At any one time Fundraising, Supporter Services and our Local Activist Network are all implementing their regular communications, testing new things, and wanting to scope new ideas. We are looking for someone who can make selections from a large and complex supporter database to enable these communications, and take an active strategic role in improving processes.
You will need to have experience in a similar role, preferably in a fundraising environment. You will need to be comfortable negotiating multiple demands on your time, and balancing the need for speed and efficiency with accuracy and rigour. You will also need to be flexible – taking on other tasks as needs arise. Greenpeace UK is not big, and so (like the rest of us) you’ll also need to be enthusiastic about taking a ‘hands on’ role.
