As support grows for one of the most important campaigns for decades, the Protection of the High Arctic, we’re looking to boost funding for Greenpeace to match the scale of the challenges ahead. Our ambitious expansion plans support our truly global campaigns (Arctic, Oceans and Forests), which make this is an exciting time for fundraising at Greenpeace UK.

We are looking for an experienced Supporter Recruitment Manager to take on the important task of growing the donor acquisition programme, with a focus on digitally integrated campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Recruitment and managing a team of Direct Marketing Executives, you will take the lead in optimising the existing programme and designing new supporter recruitment initiatives to meet our fundraising targets.

The role is fast paced and requires an independent thinker who is happy working on everything from daily results analysis and data management to development of creative testing and strategic planning. 

What you will need…..

  • Significant experience of initiating and managing pressured supporter recruitment projects using a range of media including digital channels, telephone, press, advertising and mail.
  • Experience of using data to inform testing of campaigns and shape current and future projects. Highly numerate with enthusiasm for analysis-driven direct marketing.
  • Experience in digital response-driven marketing and lead generation and conversion marketing.
  • Ability to produce precise and accurate briefs as well as manage the day-to-day contact with the necessary agencies.

You will also need to demonstrate a genuine passion for Greenpeace’s mission and enthusiasm for learning about our campaigns.
