Student Assistant for process excellence Would you like to be part of a strong team working on renewable energy? Join us and become our Student Assistant for approximately 20 hours a week in our department Excellence Development Operations. The department is part of Renewables, which is a large and rapidly growing business unit with 725 employees. You will be joining one of the leading companies in Europe with more than 30 years of experience in wind power. Up to 20 per cent of our electrical power is produced from renewable energy resources. We are constructing onshore and offshore wind farms in Denmark and abroad and have an ambitious growth strategy for the coming years. You will be joining the department Excellence Development where you, together with your colleagues in the department, will solve varying tasks in relation to documentation and optimisation of processes and communicate the results to the stakeholders of the department. You will be based at our office in Gentofte near Copenhagen. Areas of responsibility You will support your colleagues in the team Excellence Development who are working with solutions based on the lean philosophy. The team is responsible for control and implementation of workshops which will identify and improve processes. Our tasks cover a wide range of activities, including processes in both administrative and technical areas, and via your tasks you will be working together with employees from both areas. Your profile You will as a minimum be a third-year student at a relevant higher education. Maybe you are studying engineering or commercial science and are eager to use your knowledge and interest in connection with process optimisation or operation of wind turbines. We emphasise that you have thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Visio. Furthermore, it is important that you have passed the exams in connection with your present study. As we are an international company and cooperate closely with our colleagues abroad, it is essential that you speak and write both Danish and English fluently. In the department we have daily contact to many partners across the organisation, and consequently it is important that you thrive on a wide contact network with colleagues from other professional groups with different cultural backgrounds.
