Strategy Consultant for developing and executing an ambitious biomass-to-energy strategy

Areas of responsibility
Together with your colleagues, you will initiate and lead strategic projects throughout the organisation, including the annual strategy process. Moreover, you will develop strategic business development projects and support your business partners across the entire organisation.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to

• analyse and process information from various specialist units and from external business partners
• lead working groups
• participate in cross-organisational projects
• prepare presentations for executive management
• support the entire organisation with strategy analysis.

Your profile
You will have a relevant financial, business or engineering background, eg a Master of Science Degree or an education-level corresponding to the Danish educations cand.merc., cand.polyt. or similar.

Furthermore, you will have experience from either a leading management consultancy firm or from strategy development at an international level, eg in a C20 company. Preferably, you will be able to draw on experience with commercial aspects of major international fixed-asset investments.

You will have successfully lead projects throughout a large organisation, and you will be able to identify, analyse and facilitate discussions with your stakeholders. Further, you should be able to build positive business relationships.

Strong analytical, logical and quantitative skills and the ability to translate complex problems into clearly defined goals are important key competences to succeed in this role.

It is essential that you have strong communication skills and are able to convey messages clearly to top management, colleagues and other stakeholders at various organisational levels.

As we are an international and multi-cultural company, it is important that you speak and write Danish and English fluently.

You will also be a superuser of Microsoft PowerPoint and as a minimum have user knowledge of Excel.

You will have a self-driven and result-oriented approach to your tasks combined with the ability to create results both independently and as a member of a team. As work load varies, you will have  a flexible approach to your working hours.
