Species Conservation Manager

WWF-Australia, the global conservation organisation, is seeking a Species Conservation Manager to build on the foundations of our Southwest Australia strategy, work with partners and deliver pro-active on-ground activities that deliver tangible results.

With a track record delivering transformative species conservation programs, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated deep understanding of conservation issues inSouthwest Australiaand will need:

• Experience developing and maintaining large, complex cross-sector conservation programs;
• Experience in species and conservation planning, design, project management, budgeting and reporting;
• High level communication skills including advocacy, media relations, networking, presenting and group facilitation to a diverse range of stakeholders;
• Demonstrated track record in conservation fundraising;
• An ability to build strong, credible relationships with Indigenous peoples, communities, government and industry.
