Would you like to contribute to the construction and development of a process-orientated QHSE management system?
Join us as soon as possible and become Specialist in our Quality Management and Management Systems department. The department is part of Renewables, which is a large and rapidly growing business unit with 725 employees.
You will be joining one of the leading energy companies in Europe with more than 30 years of experience in wind power. More than 20 per cent of our electrical power is produced from renewable energy resources. We build and operate large onshore and offshore wind farms in Denmark and abroad. We are also one of the leading developers of offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom.
You will be joining a department with 12 colleagues who are based at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia and in Gentofte near Copenhagen. We are responsible for the management systems in Renewables and are working on standardisation and continuous development, to support the business functions.
You will be based at our office in London, Belgravia. You should expect some short- or long-term business travels both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Areas of responsibility Together with your colleagues in the department, you will drive and further develop existing management systems with focus on business support and user friendliness.
In addition, you will take part in the Athena project the purpose of which is to plan, prepare and implement a new joint QHSE management system for Renewables. Athena must be certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Furthermore, you will contribute to training of and support to your colleagues in the line functions. You will contribute to the use of our management system and will standardise and improve our business processes based on the lean principles.
Your profile You will have a good theoretical background, for instance as an engineer or the like combined with practical experience with operation and development of process-orientated management systems.
In addition, you will have practical experience with project management.
You will speak and write English fluently and know how to communicate your message to your colleagues and other partners in a professional and efficient way.
It is essential that you are extrovert and have an analytical approach to your work and are good at planning your work. Besides, you understand how to study various problems and convert your knowledge into creating a well-organised structure. You will find it natural to solve the tasks both independently and together with your colleagues.
