Senior Project Manager

Working closely with the Exec Team, this role will be focused on maintaining and improving the existing project management and reporting processes within Carbon Leapfrog.

With a diverse portfolio of innovative carbon projects, this position would seek to build on the valuable lessons we have learnt to date, but focus on deepening the critical role of Project Management for project success and, in particular in projects becoming genuinely “investment ready”.  This challenging role includes responsibility of maintaining the quality of our project pipeline, the management of the relationships with the volunteers and professional advisers as well as further developing the internal and external reporting requirements.

This is a real hands-on project management opportunity with exposure to top class professional organisations and corporations as well as first-hand knowledge of the challenges a start-up organisation faces.

This is an exciting and challenging role requiring an enthusiastic and flexible team player with solid project management experience and a keen interest in the environmental/sustainability sector and innovative grass roots carbon activities. 

You will enjoy working in a team operating in a fast moving environment, but will also be able to bring significant experience of project management to this process and develop it actively.

You will be an excellent communicator and have well-developed people management skills and the ability to ‘make things happen’.
