You will be responsible for identifying, creating and capitalising on opportunities to influence policy and decision makers to increase protection of workers' rights at national, local and international levels. The post holder will develop and implement an advocacy strategy that advances ETI and its members' influence with government and other key stakeholders; keep abreast of government affairs and relevant legislation from which to identify opportunities so ETI can influence, intervene or contribute; produce policy and information briefs and identify opportunities for ETI to be represented at relevant forums, events and conferences.
