The Job

Working within a team of 5 people you will be responsible for the design and consequential site management of a major building project in the Msheireb Downtown area in Doha, Qatar.

The project is the World's First Sustainable Downtown Regeneration Project and is a milestone in building technology. The project has been designed to incorporate full sustainable design according to the U.S Green Building Council's LEED rating system. There is a mix of residential and commercial building scopes within the project. As Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for a number of credit points within the rating system, contributing to areas of Sustainable sites, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resource, Indoor environment quality and Innovation and design process.

The ideal candidate must have a background having worked with the LEED credit based system and a full understanding of building Electrical design. Ideally you must have experience of working in the Middle East and a full degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience of having worked in a site environment is also a desirable attribute.

This role is paying 35,000-45,000 Qatari riyals per month as an all inclusive package.
