Description

You will work with the development of business cases and valuation of Wind Power's M&A projects, and you will be responsible for critical assessment of input in relation to the valuation model work. Additionally, you will coordinate all areas relating to valuation of the target assets and companies to assist with the M&A process.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

  • manage financial analyses and discounted cash-flow models to support the valuation process
  • coordinate business forecasting processes with internal and external consultants
  • discuss valuation input with tax and structuring advisers
  • prepare deal negotiations with deal team consultants and our management
  • prepare investment recommendations and board memos in relation to M&A projects.

Your profile
You have a Master's Degree in Economics corresponding to the Danish educations cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit. or similar. Preferably, you will have some experience with the renewable energy sector.

It is essential that you have an analytical approach to your work. You will be able to draw on a high work capacity and be able to plan and prioritise your tasks so that you can take suitable measures when solving tasks and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you will be able to set high standards for work performance and execution and follow up on delegated tasks and decisions.
