Reserve Manager: Cravens Peak Reserve

Location: Western Queensland, via Boulia
Full time (5 weeks annual leave; housing provided)

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Development and implementation of works plans, budgets and staff supervision and management
  • Infrastructure development and maintenance – including fence maintenance, water infrastructure maintenance and building works
  • NRM activities including establishment of monitoring points, weed control, feral animal control, feral predator control, cattle management and fire management
  • Building relationships with neighbours to promote conservation practices in the broader landscape
  • Administration of asset database and maintenance schedules, monthly reporting, finances, mappingGIS(Esri)
  • Visitor coordination (major donors, research teams, volunteers and staff).
