Energy Advisor – Home Energy Scotland, Inverness (35 hours F/T, part time available)

Home Energy Scotland is the free, impartial advice service funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust. Changeworks delivers the service in South East Scotland and the Highlands and Islands.

We are looking for Energy Advisor(s) with the drive and enthusiasm to provide free and impartial energy advice to householders over the phone and at events. You will also advise householders in fuel poverty to help them make their homes warmer and save money on their fuel bills.

You will have experience working in a customer facing organisation.  Your excellent communication skills will help you engage with householders and relay some technical information in a non-technical audience.  You will have good IT skills and be good at listening.

You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results and enjoy working as part of a team that offers strong peer support.
