Description

Join our department Performance and Monitoring Centre and become our new Regulatory Coordinator of wind activities. The department is part of Renewables, a rapidly growing business unit with 950 employees.

You will be joining a department with currently 11 colleagues. We provide monitoring and control of the company's entire portfolio of wind farms in Northern Europe. Our vision is to ensure the highest possible yield through world-class performance and monitoring.

We are one of Europe's leading energy companies with more than 30 years of experience in wind power. Up to 20 per cent of our energy comes from renewable resources. We build and operate large onshore and offshore wind farms in Denmark and abroad.

You will be based at our office in Gentofte; however, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.

Areas of responsibility
Your overall duties will include the implementation and maintenance of policy and procedures as well as the Regulation of Energy Markets Insider and Transparency, ie REMIT, which is a new regulation similar to the regulation of Financial Markets.

You will support our REMIT Compliance Officer preventing infringements of the REMIT and Market Abuse Directive. You will align the REMIT guidelines with other regulatory framework, including regular contact to national regulators and national transmission system operators.

Additionally, you will update and maintain REMIT document implementation as well as insider list and participate in work across the whole group regarding the implementation and coordination of regulatory issues.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

  • maintain information packages for insiders, including information packages for all employees
  • update, maintain and follow up on standard operational procedures and instructions for update
  • maintain information flow overview on capacity forecasts and other inside information
  • align REMIT principles in Renewables with the rest of our company and other business units.

Your profile
You have graduated from university or have another higher educational background, for example as an engineer or an education corresponding to the Danish educations cand.oecon, cand.polit or cand.merc.jur.

Additionally, you will have a few years of experience preferably from the energy industry.

It is essential that you have a general interest in combining your knowledge of various business areas and are interested in exploring complex regulatory questions and their impact on on-going operational business processes.

As we are an international company and work closely together with our colleagues abroad, it is essential that you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
