Recruitment Consultant (Environment)

Duties

As an environmental recruitment consultant, you will:

• Use sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from existing and prospective clients.
• Develop a good understanding of your target clients through meetings, telephone calls, email and market research.
• Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts within a range of media.
• Review candidate applications, manage the interview process and obtain client/candidate feedback following interview.
• Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates.
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates;
• Work with clients to review recruitment policies, ensuring effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.
