You will be joining a department with currently 11 colleagues. We provide monitoring and control of the company's entire portfolio of wind farms in Northern Europe. Our vision is to ensure the highest possible yield through world-class performance and monitoring.

We are one of Europe's leading energy companies with more than 30 years of experience in wind power. Up to 20 per cent of our energy comes from renewable resources. We build and operate large onshore and offshore wind farms in Denmark and abroad.

You will be based at our office in Gentofte; however, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.

Areas of responsibility
Your overall duties will include planning, coordination and execution of the performance and monitoring centre's internal and external development activities.

You will support and coordinate tasks in relation to implementation of new assets into the existing portfolio of wind farms and support services provided to sites monitored by the monitoring centre. In relation to that, you will prepare regular meetings with the operational staff on sites and follow up on operational performance measures.

Additionally, you will handle contacts to stakeholders providing world-class operational services for offshore wind farms and manage development projects related to international performance and monitoring.

Your tasks will include mapping and specification of business requirements for processes and tools used by the monitoring organisation supporting a standardised approach to O&M activities.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

  • manage project activities related to monitoring tasks from external service providers
  • update and follow up on service agreements with sites and trading counterparties
  • update and maintain internal process descriptions and user guidelines.

Your profile
You have graduated from university or have another higher educational background, for example as an engineer or an education corresponding to the Danish educations cand.oecon, cand.polit or cand.merc.jur.

Additionally, you will have broad experience as a project manager from a similar position, preferably from the energy industry.

It is essential that you have a general interest in combining your knowledge of various business areas. You will be interested in exploring complex questions and at the same time be able to focus on operational execution supporting the daily work.

As we are an international company and work closely together with our colleagues abroad, it is essential that you speak and write Danish and English fluently.

You will have personal drive and self-motivation enabling you to find solutions and results in order to develop our business continuously. Additionally, you will have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to cooperate closely with your business partners and motivate project teams with committed and skilled professionals to deliver excellent results.

We offer
You will have the opportunity to further develop both your professional and personal competences and have an influence on your daily work. Additionally, you may benefit intensely from knowledge sharing and cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders in an international company.

Through your work, you will contribute actively to the implementation of sustainable and CO2-free energy solutions.

We offer substantial freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to pursue a career in a large organisation. You will have a competitive salary and a job in an informal and attractive working environment. We have an active employee policy, which supports your career throughout the various phases of your working life.
