Project Director- Civil

The person will be responsible for Project Management (preconstruction to handover), which will include planning and execution of activities, review of proposed designs in building specifications, contracts, quality control and safety provisions, liaison with various authorities.

The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in working at civil construction sites  and should be able to liaise with government departments, architects, engineers and labour and ensure smooth and timely completion of work. The person should be reliable and accountable and be able to keep control over and record the progress schedule of the work, and maintain a proper flow of information between the site and head office. Knowledge about green building concept is a must.

Candidate is expected to travel to the site very often. Salary will be commensurate with industry standards. The position is for two years.
