Description

Are you motivated by playing a central role and solving a wide variety of tasks in a fast-moving project environment?

Join our business area EPC Management and become one of our 15 skilled project assistants supporting our wind projects in Denmark and abroad. EPC Management is responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of wind farms. We are organised in large project teams, and you will be cooperating with committed colleagues across a large organisation.

Our number of offshore projects increases and so does the need for project assistance, and we are therefore looking for two new colleagues in our department Project Assistance and Support. After a thorough introduction to our organisation and working methods, you will be joining one of our large project teams and working closely together with a large number of project participants.

You will be joining the world leader within offshore wind power with exceptional competences within all fields of offshore wind technology. Our project portfolio comprises several major offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Poland and France.

You will be based at our office in central London; however, you should expect some travelling between our office locations and our wind farm sites.

Areas of responsibility
In the project team, you will support the EPC Director and your colleagues by solving a wide variety of tasks independently within the fields of both internal and external administration, document handling and communication.

As superuser of our in-house systems, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our standards and processes in order to secure a high level of quality while meeting all your deadlines. You will be solving tasks both independently and in cooperation with your colleagues in Denmark and abroad.

You will be motivated by:

  • handling mailing lists, holiday plans and maintaining project organisation charts and introducing new project members to the project team
  • preparing drafts and proofreading documents, including agendas, presentations, monthly status reports and reports for management and steering committees as well as filing and distributing documents, eg contracts, memos and tenders
  • planning and arranging events, such as meetings, seminars, workshops and social events as well as being responsible for travel arrangements for the project team.

Your profile
You will have a relevant educational background combined with a proven track record and thrive on working with project administration, document handling as well as planning and arrangement of events.

Additionally, you will be a superuser of the Microsoft Office programs. It will be advantageous if you can draw on experience with SAP and if you have knowledge of the document handling system Captia from Scan-Jour or equivalent systems.

As we are an international and multi-cultural company, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently.

Ideally, you will be motivated by offering support to your colleagues and have a service-minded, proactive positive approach to your work. Furthermore, you will enjoy solving varying ad hoc tasks according to project needs.

As you will be working independently with varying tasks, you will have a responsible approach to your work and be able to prioritise your tasks. You will play an important role as focal point in the project administration team; therefore, it is essential that you have a committed and inclusive approach.

Additionally, you will have a systematic approach to your work and be a strong organiser as many tasks will be complex and involve a large number of partners from both inside and outside our organisation.

We offer
Unique opportunities for personal development in an inspiring environment with the world leading company within offshore wind power. We value initiative, responsibility and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions. You will become part of a highly professional environment with a strong technical commitment.

Our core values include having a responsible, responsive and result-oriented approach, and we focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. We offer you an excellent opportunity to play an important role in our work, and we invite you to participate in moving energy forward.

You will have a competitive salary and an informal and attractive working environment as well as an active employee policy, which supports your career throughout the various phases of your working life.
