A senior permanent staff post office-based three days a week, working in the field two days a week with responsibility for co-ordinating a staff team of up to 15, programme planning and working closely with the office administration. Must have a good natural science degree, good communication skills and organisational experience. A sound knowledge of wildlife and the Highlands a real advantage. Live-in or nearby (c.20 miles), must have transport. Salary from £16K according to experience.
