Eden has a vacancy for an experience and competent administrator to join its Hospitality team as a Production Administrator.
The role will involve working closely with the Production Manager on ensuring that all the food offerings on site are costed correctly and sit within budget. An eye for detail is essential as you will also be required to maintain and update all stock control systems and databases with high accuracy. Other duties will include working with the hospitality team to carry out stock takes on a monthly basis and liaising with suppliers to build excellent working relationships.
Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator and able to build relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally. You will be a competent computer user and have experience of working with the majority of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (or equivalent) with particular strength in working with spreadsheets.
