Join our Turbine Leads department and become Project Secretary for some of the largest offshore wind power projects in the world. The department is part of Renewables, a large and rapidly growing business unit with 725 employees.

You will be joining one of the leading companies in Europe within the fields of developing, constructing and operating onshore and offshore wind farms. We have more than 30 years of experience in wind power, and up to 20 per cent of our power is produced from renewable resources. We are also one of the leading developers of offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom.

You will be based at our office in Gentofte near Copenhagen. You should expect a number of travels in Denmark and abroad when needed.

Areas of responsibility

You will be responsible for the general communication and documentation in relation to the project activities within one of our offshore construction projects in Denmark. You will coordinate communication in the project and across the organisation and manage project documentation in our IT systems and promote the use of our systems.

You will assist our Project Manager with various tasks.

Furthermore, your primary duties will be to:

  • assist teams in the tender, contract and claims periods
  • coordinate in-house and external meetings and events with stakeholders within the project group and on sites
  • prepare various types of documents, including presentations, and proof-read documents
  • support in preparing travel expense settlement, time registration, etc in SAP
  • coordinate meetings, take minutes of meetings and follow up on actions after meetings.

Your profile

You will have a relevant administrative education supplemented with minimum two years of experience from an administrative job.

Dependent on your experience record you will either be heading an activity or assisting an experienced colleague from the department on your first assignment.

It is essential that you speak and write English fluently as we prepare almost all documents in English and communicate extensively in English.

Knowledge of the document management system Captia from ScanJour and the financial management system SAP will be advantageous. However, we can offer you in-house training in the use of both systems.

You will have an organisational talent and a systematic approach to your work. It is essential that you can develop good relations to your colleagues and other business partners. You will thrive on working with varying tasks and be prepared to work intensely during busy periods.
