Furthermore, you will be developing new methods and/or designs that will help reduce cost on offshore wind farms.

Your qualifications and core competences include that you

  • have a bachelor's or, preferably, a master's degree in electrical engineering

  • have some experience within the field and thus a good understanding of simulation of electrical systems, eg simulation tools like Power Factory or PSCAD

  • have an understanding of electrical design of wind farms as well as knowledge of wind turbines and their control

  • have a clear understanding of the electrical grid codes and connection process of offshore wind farms especially in the UK would be a benefit for this position

  • are a good communicator and you speak and write English fluently.

In addition, you have excellent communication skills enabling you to convey complex issues in a simple and yet precise manner as well as present results in a professional way. Finally, you have a result-oriented and analytical approach to your work and enjoy working both independently and together with your colleagues and business partners.

We offer

A unique and challenging job where you have every opportunity to develop your skills, when you help to carry out some of the world's largest offshore wind projects. You will work together with some very skilled colleagues in a very international department.
