Policy campaigner against TTIP based at our European Unit in Brussels
Full-time or 4/5 contract until end 2016, with possibility of extension

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- implement an advocacy strategy to stop TTIP and CETA in the European Parliament;
- identify relevant decision-makers and establish contacts within the EU institutions
- support a network of colleagues in national Greenpeace offices and co-ordinate political action in the member states;
- draft advocacy materials and organize seminars,
- partner with NGOs, trade unions, and other strategic allies to form common advocacy positions;
- co-operate with other organizations that share the goal to stop TTIP
Your skills and qualifications include:
- excellent policy analysis and strategic planning;
- at least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- good knowledge of the decision-making processes of the EU institutions;
- the ability to view environmental policy issues in terms of campaign opportunities;
- self-motivated, and stress-resistant;
- very good spoken and written English, and fluency in at least one other EU language;
- used to working with people from different backgrounds;
- good networking skills;
- desire to actively contribute to the protection of the environment and to political change.
