Sessional work 

Two posts available 

London Wildlife trust is looking for sessional support for the preparation and delivery of formal and informal outdoor education for schools, and for community engagement sessions for young people, families & adults. Sessions are primarily held at Camley Street Natural Park, but you may be offered work across London Wildlife Trust sites in north London.

The successful candidates will have experience working with children, families and adults in an outdoor setting, as well as working with schools. You will have a good knowledge of the primary and/or secondary curricula, and have experience in leading environmental education sessions for children or young people, and of managing behaviour within these groups. 

London Wildlife Trust manages over forty nature reserve sites across the capital that are exemplars of urban conservation land management and which engage the local communities that use the sites. The Trust delivers projects focusing on protecting priority habitats and species in London and works to influence policy makers. The Trust engages London’s diverse communities through access to our nature reserves, volunteering programmes and education and outreach work.
