The Operations Manager will be responsible for the performance of ETI's internal operational functions including Facilities, IT, Finance, HR and Legal. This person will ensure ETI's support services - including all operational systems, processes, infrastructure and policies are effective and fit for purpose and form a robust base for planning and decision making and allocation of resources. You will be responsible for developing an annual work plan for the Operations team and supporting the SMT in longer term resource planning as well as championing collaborative and cross-organisational working within and between business and support functions.
