Operational Technical Manager for offshore wind projects

Your primarily role will be to participate in the EPC projects as Technical Manager with reference to the Operations Project Manager. You will be single point of contact for all technical queries from the construction projects. In addition, you will coordinate the input of O&M design requirements and plan O&M deliverables in each project phase in cooperation with projects.

You will ensure that O&M requirement documents are followed, used and up-to-date. You will also ensure competent resources for offshore reference inspections, and you will be involved in snagging approval, acceptance and mitigation during the transfer from project to operations.

In cooperation with your colleagues in the department, you will ensure that lessons learnt in connection with O&M are recorded to formalise O&M requirements for development projects. The requirements are to be used for designing the optimal O&M setup for future wind farms in our project portfolio.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

• ensure alignment of policies and strategies for inspections, maintenance, contingency and major repairs
• coordinate technical asset management resources and their participation in design reviews
• secure and document relevant business cases to justify and explain strategy decisions
• manage and coordinate O&M design input from relevant stakeholders
• coordinate O&M requirements input to major contracts.
