Description

You will primarily be responsible for managing work progress in on-going technical support and prepare and maintain the overall workload schedule. Moreover, you will ensure timely production of progress reporting data required for the monthly reports and assist your colleagues in considering resourcing options.

In addition, you will carry out monthly reporting together with your colleagues, including FTE expenditure, forecasts of FTEs, progress reporting and scope variations.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

  • attend regular monthly progress and prioritisation meetings with Operations
  • liaise with your stakeholders
  • support the Head of O&M Engineering in considering the future FTE requirements for engineering
  • handle forward planning of FTE requirements in conjunction with the engineering departments.

Your profile
You will hold a higher Engineering qualification or similar supplemented with experience and knowledge in the offshore wind or offshore oil and gas industry. It is an advantage if you have experience with scheduling multi-disciplined engineering resources and management of scheduling multiple small projects concurrently.

Through your job, you will be handling many contacts, and you will cooperate with partners across a large organisation. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to cooperate with colleagues and partners from various areas and have a strong customer focus.

You will speak and write English and Danish fluently. Other languages, such as German and French, will be an advantage, but not a requirement. Furthermore, you will have strong communication skills enabling you to establish and maintain good relations to your colleagues within the project organisation and to your external partners.

You will have experience with Primavera or MS Project as planning tools.
