The DC Office Coordinator will be responsible for multiple office administration and facilities management tasks including deliveries (incoming and outgoing), ordering and stocking supplies, coordinating facilities maintenance, and routing information inbox emails, and kitchen maintenance. Performs a variety of administrative duties related to all areas of Organization Services and as such is expected to become knowledgeable in all facets of the division. The Office Coordinator will also assist with HR related projects.

This is a part time position working 16 hours per week. 

Qualifications


The qualified candidate will have two years of college experience and three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate must possess effective problem-solving, conflict resolution and communication skills (written and verbal). The candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and have mathematical aptitude and an understanding of basic accounting principles. The candidate must be a self-starter, a team player, able to meet deadlines, and have the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and courtesy. The candidate must have a high degree of discretion, particularly handling HR related items.  Data entry experience is highly desired. Facilities and HR administrative experience desired.
