Aspen Environmental Group is seeking an environmental planner or scientist for its Sacramento office to assist in the preparation of environmental impact analyses and environmental planning projects. This position requires a master’s degree in environmental planning, science, or a related field, applied knowledge of CEQA and NEPA, and 3 – 5 years of related professional experience. Responsibilities will include research and preparation of portions of CEQA, NEPA, and other environmental documents; project support activities, including document production, public participation, and coordination of subcontractors; and assistance in business development activities. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and possess the ability to work independently and with multi-disciplinary teams.
