Job Purpose
  • To generate new business leads and grow existing customer spend
  • Lead and manage the development, planning and delivery of communications and marketing for Envido’s full range of audiences.
  • Develop and implement on-line & face-2-face events, e-marketing initiatives, and other on-line traffic drivers.?
  • Develop Cross-selling & up-selling opportunities & leads for  Envido’s full product range
  • Manage, maintain and fully utilise Envido’s CRM
Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of a strategic sales and marketing plan in liaison with the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Develop new business leads for the sales team
  • Cross-sell & up-sell into existing client base
  • To take overall responsibility for the marketing plan, including developing action plans and sales targets to achieve the objectives set.
  • To achieve lead generation targets
  • To ensure the sales and marketing team have a thorough knowledge of the product offer and pricing structure to enable effective promotion.
  • To develop and implement customer service standards to ensure that all leads and enquiries are followed up by the team in a timely manner.
  • To maximise the potential from existing corporate customers and intermediaries through effective account management.
  • To plan and deliver targeted marketing communications campaigns, produce marketing collateral and ensure that Envido web presence is maximised.
  •  To manage a CRM database of potential and existing customers by creating accurate records and an effective follow up system.
  •  To lead in the distribution, collection and analysis of customer satisfaction questionnaires, surveys and general feedback.
  •  To keep abreast of industry and consumer trends, and ensure competitor activity is closely monitored and reported on.
  •  To identify and exploit all local marketing, sales and PR opportunities, including cross-selling to assist with company revenue maximization.
  •  To regularly review sales forecasts, identifying low periods and implementing creative solutions.
  •  To identify and organise representation at external trade shows and networking events.
  •  To consistently promote and champion a customer focused philosophy and reflect the organisation’s values.
  •  Managing marketing projects from initial concept to completion
  • Collaborate with client to understand business needs and requirements
Person Specification
  • Extensive b-2-b marketing experience
  • Experience leading interactive projects for external clients i.e. advertising campaigns, marketing campaigns, website development, social media development, etc. 
  • Digital experience, in a b-2-b environment preferred
  • CRM experience (Netsuite preferred)
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics and media placement 
  • Experience interacting with clients
  • Ability to collaborate with creative and technology groups to insure projects are developed to defined objectives
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong leadership skills and proven record of delivery 
  • Exceptional problem solving skills combined with strategic vision and the ability to drive projects to completion
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or some related field
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
