The Manager, Grants & Operations will provide critical management of ICAA II’s Small Grants Program and other USAID funded sub-agreements, as well as, key operational responsibilities for Ecuador office. Under the guidance of the Project Director, s/he will ensure proper maintenance and functionality of the entire program sub-grants management system. This includes monitoring the entire grant management process and ensuring proper compliance according to the donor requirements and regulations. S/he will work closely with the ICAA II Finance Officer. |
