Description

We act because everyone relies on the ocean to survive - from the air we breathe to the food we eat. We have ambitious plans to drive political, cultural and social change for healthy seas and coasts that support abundant marine wildlife, sustain livelihoods and provide enjoyment for all.

To make these changes possible, we need to grow our income from existing and new partnerships – if you’re a successful and motivated Major Donor Fundraising Manager, you can play a key part in the continuation of this important work with us at MCS.

This is an ideal role for someone experienced in building successful relationships and someone with a flair for communicating to donors how their valuable support can make a difference.

Responsible for the development of a high net worth portfolio, you’ll be expertly identifying, cultivating and managing these important relationships.  Working with our Head of Fundraising, your creative ideas for the development of our strategy will take our fundraising initiatives forward.  With customer service ideals at your core, you’ll create and deliver an innovative supporter stewardship programme.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to make your mark as part of a successful fundraising team in a charity with big ambitions and strong influence.  We want to hear from you if you have the contacts and commitment to drive our work forward.
