As LCI coordinator you will ensure the requirements to technical information are implemented towards Contractors, Suppliers and within the project organisation in order to prepare for efficient Operation of the facility with sufficient data quality. Tasks will include:
- Coordinate the activities needed regarding the technical information required for Operation
- Assist engineers in bid clarification meetings and meetings regarding technical information with Suppliers to secure requirements are executed
- Verify supplier document list and assist in final verification and acceptance of supplier’s documentation
- Ensure technical information is handed over to from Contractors to DONG E&P prior to Commissioning and Operation
- Responsible for correct data transfer to databases and systems to be used in Operation
- Report on progress against milestones for delivering technical information
- Verify final technical information deliverables before handover to DONG E&P
- Assist in setting up receiving systems
Your Profile
You could be engineer or have other technical background with some years of experience with technical information in the Oil and Gas industry. Preferably you have knowledge of the Life Cycle Information deliverables and requirements in the industry.
You have excellent knowledge in the use of databases, data types and transfer of data. You have experience with relational databases and know how to translate data from various systems. You have well above average IT skills and you are highly motivated to quickly adapt to new databases and systems.
