You may choose freely to be based either in our Hamburg office in Germany or alternatively at one of our Danish offices in either Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area on local terms and conditions. ?
What are your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the overall management, planning and coordination of our offshore site organisation and offshore installation activities
- Implement the described Permit to Work and supporting standards for the offshore construction phase
- You will prepare, communicate and implement an offshore site management manual and program, including organisation, roles and responsibilities, meeting structure, KPI's, plans and procedures
- You will coordinate and secure offshore construction activities within HSE, QA/QC, project and contractors and O&M
- Manage and secure the maintenance and organisational setup of offshore installed assets, including offshore platform stations in the interim period prior to transfer and handover to O&M
- You will participate in tender process for ensuring compliancy with offshore site requirements
What do you need to qualify for this job:
- You have a University degree preferable bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
- You have a minimum of 7-10 years of work experience, there of 5 years preferable in the offshore or construction industry
- You have broad experience in the planning and construction of wind farms or other complex (infrastructure) projects
- You are very process orientated and have a very structured working approach
- You have excellent leadership, people management and communication skills
- Excellent German and good English languages skills are a must
- You are very mobile and willing to work on construction site and abroad for several months
