Required Skills and Experience Skills:

Highly proficient in use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop software for Landscape architecture drawings and visualisations

Verbal, written and presentation based communication skills with an excellent command of English

Proven sales skills

Attention to detail

Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Desirable: Technical Water Skills, Technical Environmental Skills, Engineering Skills

 

Experience:

Landscape architecture design, visualisation and drawing for live briefs

Client interface

Desirable: Water specific project experience

Responsibilities

The main objective of the role is to expand and develop Biomatrix Water’s approach, presentation and delivery of water projects, which have a waterscaping application and clientele as their focus. Biomatrix Water is an SME company entering an exciting time of development and growth. As our project pipeline grows, the landscape industry sector offers an important avenue and opportunity for our products and services. In order to develop the business and increase our delivery of water projects in the landscape sector we require a Landscape Architect to join the team and assist us in the promotion, design, development, delivery and monitoring of our floating waterscape systems.

 Typical Tasks:

- Promoting and developing project opportunities for the application of our floating systems in a waterscaping context, designing waterscaping projects, including promotional design material

- Visualisations, designs and drawings of site specific live projects involving implementation of Biomatrix products, for delivery to clients - Visualisation and drawing assistance in research and development stage of new componentry etc - Project pipeline and opportunity development and management

- Client and supplier interface in regards to project design requirements

 Expected results:

- High quality landscape and waterscape drawing showing the deployment of Biomatrix products in response to client briefs

- The role will require a person who is outgoing with a positive attitude and able to effectively develop and manage new projects from inception to completion

- High client satisfaction and strong client relationships, with projects delivery meeting their needs

- Management and conversion of enquiries from inception through design stages to project conclusion

- Smooth project delivery through competent management

- New ideas and component development through visualisation of ideas

- Ambassadorial capacity for the Company representing the business in a professional and positive manner
