Knowledge and Learning Support Officer

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is currently looking for new staff and our latest opportunity is in our Knowledge and Learning unit.

ETI a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights worldwide. We are looking for a well-organised person to ensure the smooth running of our open and bespoke training courses. This will include organising training dates, taking bookings, liaising with trainers, designing resources and preparing participant packs. You will provide the K & L Unit with administrative support including organising events and meetings.

A confident communicator with skills in marketing, you will also be involved in talking to potential participants and clients about courses as well as supporting the development of new training products and updating course materials and promotional literature.

We have an online booking system so relevant experience is required.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hours a week, with a salary of between £27,000/30,000 per annum plus benefits. We also offer 25 days’ annual holiday and 6% pension contribution.
