We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager for an initial six month contract to develop our internal communication principles. This is a new position that we are unsure about the longevity of, which is why it is only a six month contract initially. The main functions of this role are to produce an internal communications strategy that will drive employee engagement with clear consistency and to act as an internal champion for our culture and values. You will have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, a good awareness of online communication, intranet trends and best practice, web writing skills, and stakeholder management expertise. You will have a good understanding of communication channels and media and how they can be used to best effect for the organisation, be IT literate and have a thorough understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Powerpoint.
