Head of department providing risk, interface and change management for offshore wind projects

Areas of responsibility
With reference to the Head of the Project Management Office, you will have the managerial responsibilities for the department and its employees. As the department is relatively new, you will be responsible for new methodologies, practices and policies as well as implementation of these within the projects.

You will also be responsible for providing customer oriented services to the projects and delivering competent resources according to project needs.

The managerial responsibilities also include human resource planning, recruitment and sourcing of consultancy services.

Furthermore, your primary duties will include to:

• advise the projects
• supply and coordinate the work of the Interface Manager, Risk Manager and the Change Manager
• propose solutions to secure effective interface management
• propose mitigation of the impact of risks and changes to the project objectives
• build risk, interface and change management competences.
