There is a need to appoint an outstanding leader who is able to demonstrate ambition, commercial flair, creativity, intellectual depth and market insight.

This is a multi-faceted role which, as well as leading a team of outstanding professionals that is expected to grow significantly in the next few years, will require the successful candidate to represent the organisation at the highest level and shape high-profile initiatives.

You will be developing new products & services, be responsible for business development support, project delivery and team management.  Current clients include, Honda, Nissan & Sky.

Client responsibilities 

  • Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation
  • Develop excellent client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with engagement process and work products
  • Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work
  • Be responsible for fostering an open and inclusive work environment

People Management responsibilities:  

  • You will be managing a team of consultants supporting organisations through change and business improvement.
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to feedback for all levels of staff
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
  • Build strong internal relationships with inter – divisional teams.
