Job Summary:

Are you an ecologist who is skilled in phase 1 habitat and detailed botanical surveys who’s keen to work on stimulating projects and further your own career in a supportive multidisciplinary environmental consultancy? Give us a call to discuss this opportunity today.

 

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Your brief will include;

• Undertaking field surveys of sites awaiting development
• Contributing to Environmental Impact Assessments
• Becoming involved in stakeholder/public consultation events
• Supervising graduate ecologists
• Running your own ecology projects and briefing other colleagues.

Qualifications / Experience:

The successful candidate will;

• Be a confident botanist
• Be able to produce accurate habitat and NVC surveys
• Produce well-written reports and clearly-presented maps
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Have demonstrable experience of delivery of reports on time and within budget
• Have experience of working in teams including designers, developers and regulators
