Green Doctor Outreach Workers

Salary: £8 per hour

We are seeking Outreach Workers to help deliver our trade marked Green Doctor ^TM, home energy advice service in the Wandle Valley Low Carbon Zone,  Merton.

You will encourage residents of Phipps Bridge and Cherry Tree Estate to participate in a scheme to benefit from free energy saving devices and receive advice on reducing carbon emissions and lowering energy bills. You will ensure that a sufficient number of residents are referred to the programme to take up a free visit from a Green Doctor to fit free-of-charge energy saving devices within their home.

Using your excellent communication skills and friendly approach you will promote the service door-to-door and on occasion support community events and activities to publicise the scheme.

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate an interest in energy efficiency or sustainability and are an excellent communicator, with the ability to work well within a team.

Part time flexible working two hours per week for five months.
