This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates interested in environmental issues and Customer Service to join our new team of Green Doctor Advisors.

We are looking to recruit 12 Green Doctor Advisors and a Green Doctor Team Leader to manage and oversee the operations in Oxford and Banbury.

Would you like to help householders save money by improving water efficiency in people’s homes?

This roles will focus on supporting Thames Water’s Universal Metering Programme.  During home-visits you will be assessing and implementing a range of ‘easy’ water saving measures.

Using your proven track record of customer facing and communication skills, you will actively assist in leading day to day operations to ensure that exemplary customer service is delivered with residents, tenants and leaseholders.

The ideal Green Doctor Advisor will use their strong organisation skills to monitor and evaluate the project as required, providing up to date records. Together with keeping a running log using IT systems provided of all products distributed, visits completed and managing an electronic diary to help co-ordinate and maximize the number of home visits.

This role will involve a high volume of driving. You will be working in Oxford and surrounding towns and villages including Banbury until April 2016.  After this you will be working in other locations within the Thames Valley within reasonable driving distance of Oxford.  We are looking for someone who can be flexible with this and who is happy with the driving aspect.
