The right candidate will have experience of working with young volunteers (14 - 25 year olds), networking, building new relationships and a background in conservation and environmental work.
They will have a track record of forging partnerships, be able to generate confidence, have sound judgement, and be self motivated with strong communication skills.

Salary: £19k - £22k (dependent on experience)
