Graduate Landscape Architect

Due to a buoyant project pipeline, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Landscape Architect to join the award winning Newcastle office of one of the UK’s most dynamic landscape design consultancies. Our client undertakes landscape design for a diverse array of development proposals spanning commercial, education, public realm and international projects.

The successful candidate will have a passion for innovative design with a strong portfolio and a desire to work in an exciting and supportive working environment.

 

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

You responsibilities will include:

• Participation in the production of landscape outputs for a variety of projects in multiple sectors in the UK and overseas
• Prepare designs, plans and photomontages using industry standard software
• Assist in other landscape design projects as required
• Liaise with colleagues and clients

Qualifications / Experience:

• Relevant degree
• Strong interest in landscape design
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, sketch-up or other 3D software. Experience using Revit is desirable
• Excellent written, graphic and verbal communication skills
• UK driving licence is desirable
