In the first rotation you will be joining the High Five Programme which is part of Renewables, a  large and rapidly growing business unit with 950 employees. Our high-five projects are targeting concept and system deliverables to specific construction projects planned for installation between 2014 and 2020.  

Areas of responsibility

We offer three rotations, each of eight months' duration, and you will have the opportunity to influence your assignments to match your qualifications and interests. The below set-up is what we have in mind:

• Rotation 1:
  • In close cooperation with the customers and the line organisation, you will act as assistant project manager for high-five development projects in our function Concepts and Technology. Through your work, you will gain insight in product development stage-gate models, scoping and execution of projects as well as understanding our business within the offshore wind industry.
• Rotation 2:
  • You will participate in project processes for asset development in relation to our wind power assets in the United Kingdom. You will either be based at our office in Denmark or in the United Kingdom. Through your work, you will gain insight in the initial planning, partner handling and preparation of construction projects. You will also be introduced to the CAPEX part of the business cases.
• Rotation 3:
  • You will participate in the construction of wind power assets.
