The Pine Butte Guest Ranch Gardener/Ranch Maintenance Assistant in Montana will perform many diverse tasks. This position will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of the ranch gardens and grounds, with secondary responsibilities in the area of facility maintenance. Duties will include, but not be limited to, the planting, seeding, harvesting, and care of the ranch garden and greenhouse, the keeping of diligent records of the garden and greenhouse production, the mowing, grooming and watering of grounds, and the daily cleaning of the pool. The Gardener/Maintenance Assistant will also be responsible for assisting in routine facility maintenance and other duties as assigned by the Ranch Manager and/or the Maintenance Manager. The Pine Butte Guest Ranch Assistant/Gardener is supervised by the Ranch Manager in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and supervises no staff.
