Head office, Southwark London Wildlife Trust is committed to protecting London’s wildlife for the future, through campaigning, community involvement, land management, communication and education. We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Finance team. We are looking to employ a Finance Assistant to administrate the Trust’s finances and financial systems on a daily basis and to support the work of the Finance Team. The postholder will be responsible for inputting purchase ledger invoices, making payments and posting to the Trusts accounting system (Sage line 200). Other duties include raising sales invoices, credit notes and grant claims, posting cash received and resolving customer queries. Handling account queries from all Trust staff and providing financial information. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as well as IT literacy in MS suite – Word and Outlook with particular confidence in Excel.
