Finance and Resources Manager

TREE AID Burkina Faso is seeking a Finance and Resources Manager to effectively support TREE AID’s West Africa Programme, by ensuring that it has the necessary financial, human and physical resources that are needed to achieve its strategic objectives, including the overseeing of all West Africa finances.

Working as a member of theTREE AID West Africa Senior Management Team, the key objectives will be:
• To provide reliable and timely financial information and analysis.
• To ensure the continuing integrity of the financial records and internal controls, with consistency of systems and procedures across the TREE AID Group in West Africa.
• To ensure the provision and maintenance of human and other resources.
• Oversee effective legal, personnel and administrative functions for TREE AID Burkina Faso.
• Support TREE AID’s programme implementation.
